Flagg Creek requires a permit for the following sewer projects:
- New Sewer Lateral Connections
- Sewer Lateral Disconnects
- Sewer Lateral Reconnects
- Sewer Lateral Repairs or Linings
- Sewer Lateral Replacements
- New Grease Interceptors / Traps
- Main Sewer Extensions
- Septic Tank Conversions to the District's
- Upgrades to Commercial Water Usage Flow
- Commercial User/Irrigation Credit Program
- Grease Haulers Operating Within the District
APPLICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Use this permit when applying for a New Connection, Disconnect, Reconnect, GIP, Repair, Replacement, Stub Only, Permitted Flow and Lining.
Sometimes it is necessary to obtain a Closed-Circuit Televised videotape (CCTV) of an existing sewer line prior to any demolition or disconnection from the sewer main.
F.O.G. permits are billed annually per Odinance No. 821

Plan Reviews are required for ALL building improvement plans that add or alter permanent structures on a property. This includes garages, porches or installation of a pool.
The purpose of this program is to offer Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District metered commercial users an opportunity to receive a reduction in sewer charges for metered water that does not enter the sanitary sewage system.
A permit application must be completed and submitted to Flagg Creek prior to any work commencing. The completed permit must accompany the permit fee payment (See Permit Fee Schedule). Upon completion of the project, all work must be inspected by a District inspector to ensure all work is in accordance with District standards.
New commercial construction or significant commercial remodels must have their sewer connection plans submitted to the District's plan review department to ensure District standards are being complied with prior to any work commencing.
