NOTICE OF THE FLAGG CREEK WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

The organizational meeting of the Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District Deferred Compensation Administrative Committee is scheduled to take place on September 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting includes adoption of the Bylaws of the Committee, and to authorize execution of Agreements with The Standard and Illinois Public Pension Fund Association to act as Administrator of the District's Deferred Compensation Plans. The meeting will take place at the offices of the District, 7001 N. Frontage Road, Burr Ridge, Illinois.

HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENT PLAN
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

The organizational meeting of the Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District Health Reimbursement Arrangement Plan Administrative Committee is scheduled to take place on September 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting includes adoption of the Bylaws of the Committee, and to authorize execution of Agreements with Pelion Benefits, Inc., and Illinois Public Pension Fund Association to act as Administrator of the District's Health Reimbursement Arrangement Plans, and to authorize execution of an agreement with Babbitt Municipalities to serve as record keeper and third-party administrator of the Plan. The meeting will take place at the offices of the District, 7001 N. Frontage Road, Burr Ridge, Illinois.
