The "Request for Closing Letter" and "Request for Change of Mailing Address" forms can be delivered to the District by mail, email, fax or dropped off in person.
The "Seasonal Irrigation Cap Program" and "Automatic Bill Payment Plan" must be mailed or dropped off in person along with the applicable payment or voided check.
