Shut-Off Notice

The laws of the State of Illinois allows for the termination of water service to any premise, for which the wastewater treatment charges remain unpaid for thirty days or more. Once a customer's water service has been shut off and prior to the water service being restored, the customer must make a full payment of all delinquent sewer service and user charges, plus any charges the District incurred terminating the water service and reconnection fees reestablishing the water connection.

To avoid the termination of water services the customer can pay the outstanding payment due by accessing our online customer portal.
